November 2026: Trek Health today announced a partnership with Proliance Surgeons, one of the nation's largest physician-owned surgical groups, to bring its Payer Performance Platform to Proliance's managed care and revenue cycle operations.
Trek's Payer Performance Platform gives provider organizations a single system to understand what every payer interaction should be worth, and what it actually was, by combining an organization's contracts, claims, and payer data with the industry's broadest live payer dataset.
On the platform, work is organized around four agent collections:
- Market Intelligence: market rates, payer benchmarks, and competitive positioning
- Contract: claim-level contract modeling, negotiation support, and expected-versus-actual analysis
- Policy: payer coverage and prior authorization intelligence
- Revenue: underpayment and denial workflows across the revenue cycle
Through the partnership, Proliance will begin with the Contract agents, modeling payer agreements at the claim-line level, separating facility and professional economics, and benchmarking against Medicare and market rates. Market Intelligence, Policy, and Revenue agents will be deployed in subsequent phases.
