Dilpreet Sahota, Co-Founder & CEO
Dilpreet Sahota is the Co-Founder and CEO of Trek Health, an industry-leading organization focusing on distilling strategic insights from federal pricing transparency regulations. A graduate of Stanford and UC Berkeley, Dilpreet has a proven track record in the HealthTech space. He previously led strategy and analytics teams at high-growth startups, including Health IQ (backed by a16z, with over $136M in funding) and Big Health (supported by SoftBank, with over $129M in funding), before launching Trek Health, which has already raised over $15M and continues to make waves in the industry.

Gopal Narayan, Co-Founder & CTO
Gopal Narayan is the Co-Founder and CTO of Trek Health, bringing over 30 years of engineering leadership and product development experience. He has built and scaled software platforms at companies including LendStreet, YP, NetApp, Realtor.com, and Charles Schwab, with deep expertise in distributed systems, enterprise platforms, fintech, healthtech, and AI/ML. At Trek Health, he leads the technical vision, transforming complex healthcare data into actionable intelligence that helps providers negotiate payer contracts with confidence and improve reimbursement.

Healthcare has always been personal to me. When I was seven, my mom was diagnosed with leukemia. As a blue-collar family, we were grateful to have insurance, but we lost her a few years later. That experience taught me the importance of the people who care for us, and I knew then that I wanted to dedicate my life to supporting them.
Years later, I saw an opportunity to do exactly that. When the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule was enacted, it promised to help providers negotiate fairly by making payer rate data publicly available. But mountains of complex data scattered across thousands of files don't automatically translate into the tools providers need.
Healthcare providers have been operating at a disadvantage, with rate variances of 300-500% for identical services. Smaller practices often accept far less simply because they lack market intelligence.
Trek Health transforms scattered regulatory data into clear insights. We've watched providers secure significant rate increases by entering negotiations with comprehensive market intelligence, rather than hoping for the best.This work completes a circle that began in my childhood, ensuring those who dedicate their lives to caring for others have the tools they need to thrive.
